Registration and Account Information

  • Is there a charge for registering as a customer?
  • Registration is free of charge. There are no hidden fees.
  • Why do I need to register?
  • By registering, you will have access to the many facilities available, such as My Account, Wishlist, Special Order and many more.
  • How do I register at
  • Click on the 'Create an Account' button located at the top of the page. Alternatively, you may click here to register. Fill out the registration form completely and click on the submit button when you're done. It takes less than 2 minutes and you can start using your account immediately after registration.
  • How can I change my Password or Personal Information?
  • Once you sign in, click on My Account at the top of the page to view the options to change your Password or Personal Information.
  • What is Wishlist?
  • Your wishlist lists the items that you have saved and would like to purchase at a later date. Items in your wishlist can be purchased at any time or removed from your wishlist in case you no longer desire to purchase them. Please note that you need to sign in to your account in order to use the wishlist option.

Making a purchase

  • Do I need to register before purchasing a product?
  • Yes, you must register for placing an order. Additionally by registering, you will have access to the many facilities available, such as My Account, Wishlist, Special Order and many more.
  • How do I purchase a product?
  • Once you have registered at and found the product of your choice, click on it to view more details. You can then click on 'Add to cart' if you want to purchase the product. Alternatively, you can click on 'Add to wishlist' to save the product and purchase it at a later date and continue browsing.
  • How can I find a product?
  • There are two simple ways to find the product that you are looking for from our collection of products:

    • Enter any keyword (product name/brand) into the search box at the top of the page and all the related products will be displayed in the results
    • Choose the category and subcategory from the menu bar. You will be directed to a page displaying the related products with an optional filter on the left that will enable you to narrow down your search further.
  • Can you help me in choosing a product?
  • Sure, we can assist you in choosing a product. You can contact us at and we will get back to you within 1-2 working days. Alternatively, you can call us at +91-8968893333 Monday to Saturday between 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. In case you are unable to reach us on the aforesaid number, then leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
  • Can I request for a product that I can't find on the website?
  • Sure, you can click on 'Special Order' and provide us with the product details and we will try our best to meet your requirement.


  • Is there an additional charge for shipping my products?
  • No, at we bear the shipping charges for our customers. There may be an additional charge for shipping products that have been requested under the 'Special Order' option. We will inform you of additional charges at the time of responding on the availability.


  • What are the payment options?
  • We accept payments via Debit Cards, Credit Cards or Netbanking. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in specific regions. Your order will be processed immediately after the total amount is reflected in our account (not applicable for COD). Please contact our sales support team for more information.
  • How do I confirm the purchase and proceed with the payment?
  • You can click on checkout at any time from the drop down list that appears on rolling over 'Cart' at the top right corner of the page. This will take you to the order summary that provides you with the option to proceed with the payment. A copy of the invoice will be sent to you on your registered email address. A copy of the invoice will also be placed in "Account Information" under "My Account".
  • What is Cash on Delivery?
  • The Cash on Delivery option enables you to pay for the purchased product on delivery in specific regions. Please note that this may not be applicable to all products. Feel free to contact our sales support team for more information.
  • Which regions do you provide cash on delivery for?
  • Currently we provide cash on delivery for Chandigarh & Delhi.
